What it does for you
- audit every bot and routine you run, on a schedule
- find waste and say what to cut, merge, or fix
- show how many runs per day each suggested change would save
- check every 6 hours and only ping you when it has a fix to suggest
How it works
Every 6 hours, pings only when it finds a fix
Apps it connects to
- Grok Bot (read access to your bots and routines)
What it never does without asking
- read-only: changes nothing without your yes
- only suggests cuts, merges and fixes; you decide what to apply
Setup
Audits all your Grok Bots and routines on a schedule and tells you what to cut, merge, or fix, with runs per day saved. Read-only: it never changes anything without your yes. A shared template by Avid (@Av1dlive). In his post he says it audits every bot he runs, checks every 6 hours, only pings him when it finds a fix, and changes nothing without his yes. The template's own instructions aren't shown publicly, so import it to see them. Later he turned the idea into a set of "Department of Grok Efficiency" desks, each its own free template. Import the shared template at https://x.ai/bot/25EViy4_34d-TBTff_LwX, then tell it which bots and routines to audit and where to send its suggestions. Confirm the 6-hour schedule before its first run.
